THE BLACK WIDOW SERUM.
The Black Widow Serum Natasha received in the Red Room provides various biochemical enhancements, some peaking to super-human abilities as discussed below.
⟐ DELAYED AGING. The biotechnology provided in the Red Room causes cells within her body to regenerate at a faster rate than they are broken down, enabling her to appear indefinitely young.
⟐ ENHANCED HEALING. Natasha's wounds can heal up to five times faster than those of a normal human. She is by no means immortal, and injuries ranging in fatality still require her to seek medical attention, but most typical bruises and cuts will heal within a matter of a day.
⟐ DURABILITY. While her skillset isn't particularly aggressive in nature, she can withstand blows most others could not and can take on others far greater in size. She can fall from multiple stories and sustain injuries that might otherwise incapacitate a human, walking away relatively unscathed.
